For this design, I created a CD cover for world famous recording artist Bobby Lights new album, Lights Out. I chose to use contrasting colors between the background and the text. This allows the text to capture the attention of an individual viewing the product. I also used a very bright image on the rear cover to help this CD stand out from the rest. The front cover is a picture of Bobby Light on a light background to help his face stand out. I want people to look at this CD and instantly recognize whose it is. I feel as though these covers will be an effective attraction towards Bobby Light’s new album and will help drive its sales.
